Year.7,.2013
Parents wishing to enrol their son or daughter in Year 7, 2013 are required to submit the necessary paperwork by Friday 11th May, 2012. A $30 non-refundable Enrolment Fee must accompany the Enrolment Application.
An Enrolment Package is available from the College Office and contains relevant information and the necessary forms for enrolment. The Package may be downloaded from this website.
The following paperwork is required:
- An Enrolment Application Form together with a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $30.
- A Confidential Reference. The Confidential Reference Form and a Stamped Addressed Envelope should be handed to the Principal or classroom teacher of your child’s current school. The Principal or classroom teacher should complete the Confidential Reference and place the completed form in the stamped addressed envelope which has been addressed to:

o Expressions of interest in Voluntary Assistance in the College Canteen.
o Please include a copy of the following with your child’s Enrolment Application:
· Birth Certificate
· Baptism Certificate
· NAPLAN Results
· Most recent school report
Other optional documentation that may assist with the enrolment process could include a letter of recommendation from a Priest/Minister of Religion or a character reference possibly from a teacher at the school.

Enrolment.Process.for.Year7,.2013
Parents who wish to enrol their child at Mt St Patrick College are generally required to attend an interview with their child before an offer of enrolment can be made. Interviews will occur after school hours during Term 2.
Successful applicants will be notified, in writing, at the beginning of Term 3. Enclosed with the offer of enrolment will be an Acceptance of Enrolment Form that should be completed and returned to the College by the due date together with a $100 non-refundable deposit on Term 1, 2013 Tuition Fees.
A two day Year 7, 2013 Orientation Day Transition Program will be held at the College during Term 4. A Parent Information Meeting for parents of Year 7, 2013 will also be held in Term 4. The exact dates of these events will be finalised when HSC details are known, though both activities will probably occur in late October and early November. At the Parent Information Evening each family will be issued with a Parent Information Handbook: 2013.
Years 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 - 2011/2012
Parents of students who are currently enrolled in a secondary school and who wish to transfer their child to Mt St Patrick College are required, in the first instance, to submit a copy of the students’ latest school report to the College. Should a vacancy exist in the appropriate learning group, further information may be necessary before the initial steps in the enrolment process begin.
